The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Nikolai Alexandrenko can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Karen Coulter Ball

I was a student under Dr. Nick as we fondly called him at Louisiana College. He worked very hard to teach me to read and write Greek. I believe he passed me with a "D" just so I wouldn't be back in his class the next year. Ha. I also worked as a secretary under him and the other Religion Professors in the Religion Dept. Dr. Nick was a very kind, thoughtful, man. I loved visiting with him and hearing about his life history. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. I pray for the family that they will be blessed by God with comfort and peace during this difficult time, but also reflect in the future on the many fond, loving memories of Dr. Nick. Sincerely, Karen Coulter Ball
