The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Marion Cannon can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Our Deepest Sympathy and thoughts are with you in the loss of your loved one. Mr Cannon was one of the nicest men I have ever known.He was my Principal at Horseshoe Elementary for many years. Then in 1968 we moved next door to him and Mrs. Cannon. We have so many wonderful memories of them.A few years after his moving from there we lost track of him. I thought of him often, and remember that sweet smile he always had. Most of all was Halloween and the children trick or treating and his rock garden in the front yard. He loved working in his yard. Cherish all the wonderful memories that you have and they will comfort you in the days ahead.
