Funeral services for Mrs. Frances G. Ferguson will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Bentley United Pentecostal Church, Bentley, Louisiana with the Reverends Leland Briggs, Bruce Maxwell, David Kimsey, and Randy Briggs officiating. Interment will be in Big Creek Cemetery, Pollock, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mrs. Ferguson, age 73, of Pollock, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, Louisiana.

“Nanny” worked for Bentley Christian Academy for several years as a secretary and a personal assistant to Mikelle Maxwell. She became known as “Nanny” to every person’s life she touched. She was a member of Bentley United Pentecostal Church, she loved her family, lived for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her Jack Russell terrier, Fidget. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and the QVC Network.

She is preceded in death her husband, Charles Ferguson; two brothers, Hugh and Robert Gray; one grandson, Ryan Delrie.

She is survived by three daughters, Angela Delrie (Robert) of Tioga, Paula Reynolds (Clint) of Fishville and Susan Oates (Tim) of Pollock; one brother, David Gray of Topeka, Kansas; one sister, Catherine McDaniel (Steve) of Columbus, Indiana; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call on Friday, July 15, 2016 in the Sanctuary of Bentley United Pentecostal Church, Bentley, Louisiana from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
