Funeral services for Paisley Rae Hebert will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Hebron Baptist Church, with Reverend Travis Sanders officiating. Interment will be in Ponderosa Cemetery in Verda, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.

Paisley Rae, age 3 months and 8 days, of Dry Prong, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

Paisley Rae Herbert is survived by her parents, Colby and Amber Hebert, of Dry Prong, Louisiana; brothers, Dustin Damron and Logan Hebert; sister, Brinely Damron; Paternal Grandparents, Danny and Terri Hebert of Montgomery, Louisiana; Maternal Grandmother, Lisa Dodds of LaSalle, Illinois; and Maternal Grandfather, Samuel Rodriguez, of Wilmington, Illinois.

Friends may visit at Hebron Baptist Church on Saturday, September 2, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until service time of 3:00 p.m.
