Obituary for Ronald Ray "Ronnie" Boyer
Funeral services for Mr. Ronald R. Boyer will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Pastor J. Tim Merritt officiating, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Mr. Boyer, age 80, of Pineville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, April 11, 2016 in Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.
Mr. Boyer loved fishing and the outdoors. He worked as a foreman for companies instrumental in building Locks, Dams and Bridges in Rapides and Grant Parish. He was a lifelong resident of Pineville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lillie Boyer; two brothers, his twin brother, Donald Day Boyer and Harry Frances Boyer; one sister, Janine Cosenza; one step-son, Donnie Littleton.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Bonnie Boyer of Pineville; three sons, Kenneth Boyer of Pineville, Tommy Boyer (Kelsee) of Pineville and Terry Boyer (Nicole) of Pineville; two sisters, Lilly Moore (Wilbert) of California and Nancy Boyer of Oregon; one nephew, Larry Boyer; two grandsons, Nathan Boyer and Logan Boyer.
Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
