Condolence From: Walter Gates
Condolence: Carey, I am so sorry for your loss. I know that Carolyn meant the world to you and y'all had such a great relationship. Having lost a step-son back in April, I can somewhat identify with some of what you are going through. May God minister to you as only He can and help you through this very difficult time.

Condolence: Paula, Kathy and Andy, Jeannie and Howell and families, my deepest sympathy and condolences. Carolyn was a wonderful teacher and such a great role model to every young person that went to school in Pollock or that was under her leadership in church. She touched thousands of young lives and I know you were very proud of her. We were lucky to have her. God bless you all.

Condolence: i always loved Ms. Carolyn. She was one of my favorite teachers at Polloc Elem. She helped foster my love of music and becoming a musician. I can even remember having her as a Sunday School teacher and the joy of Christ she shared with us. God bless you all during this time of remembrance.

Condolence: Aunt Carolyn,
we will greatly miss you. Your free spirit was admirable. Your love for others undeniable. We enjoyed the times we shared together. We will remember those forever. Your ability to love anyone when others may not have was glorious. I wish we had more time, but we will reunite again. Take care of our four angels. Sing them the most beautiful songs. We will miss you. Love all of us.

Condolence: I have many fond memories of Ms. Addison in music class at Pollock Elementary. She taught us songs that I've sang to my children, like Froggie went a Court'n, Way down yonder in the paw paw patch and Ole Dan Tucker. She also taught us that we were equals and we could all do anything we set our minds to. I know one day we will sing again in heaven, but probably not the songs I listed above! Condolences to Carolyn's Family.

Condolence: She is gone too soon for those of us who remain, but she is singing His praises now. I've known Carolyn since her days at LC and in New Prospect Baptist Church. She will be missed by many.
