Funeral services for Mr. Hiram “Pete” Sidney Ryland will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Dr. Jeremy Blocker officiating. Interment will be in Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, Ruby, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home of Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Ryland, age 65, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Ryland was a retired Security Officer from Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.

Friends may visit on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until time of services.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Lung Association at www.lung.org.
