Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie T. Smith be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Greg Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Mrs. Smith, age 93, of Ball, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Matthews Memorial Health Care Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Stella Marie Geitz; grandson, Patrick Smith.
She is survived by one daughter, Judy Smith (Pat) of Ball; granddaughter, Becky Adams (Rodney) of Deville; grandson, Matthew Smith (Sabra) of Glenmora; great grandchildren, Stephen Smith of Ft. Polk, Kyra Reed (Michael) of Shreveport, Joshua Malone of Deville, Beau Adams of Deville, Jack Adams of Deville and Stephanie Adams of Texas; great-great grandson, Michael Reed, Jr. of Shreveport.
