Funeral services for Mr. Patrick L. Gibson, Sr. will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana Interment with Full Military Honors will be in the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Leesville, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Gibson, age 38, of Dry Prong, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.

Mr. Gibson is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Homer Gibson, Sr. and John Fain, Sr.; grandmother, Gladys Fain; two aunts, Gail Fain Allen and Wanda Gibson Morgan.

He is survived by his children, Patrick Lee Gibson, Jr. and Nikki-Lynn Dianatha Gibson; parents, David M. Gibson, Sr. and Nikki Fain Gibson; grandmother, Dorothy Gibson; brothers, David Gibson, Jr. (Tabitha), Christopher Scott Gibson (Kristen) and Ronald Eugene Gibson (Vanneza); one sister, Shenendoah Gibson Coleman (Richard).

Pallbearers will be his cousins, Hank Hollingsworth and Frankie Coleman.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with future needs of Patrick's children.
