Memorial services for Ms. Tammy L. Franks will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Pastor Ed Tilley officiating, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Tammy Franks, age 53, of Deville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.

Tammy was a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She loved working in her yard, scrapbooking, crocheting, fishing for white perch and playing games on the tablet. She loved animals, especially her dogs, Scoobie and LuLu. She was a friend to all and on many occasions she opened her home to people in need.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert H. Franks; one son, Stephen Ray Strother; one brother, James “Boo” Franks.

She is survived by her companion, Terry Joe Dyer; mother Billie Jo Franks Pisciotta (David); step-mother, Arlene Franks; two sons, Robert Shane Strother and Justin Daniel Dyer; two daughters, Tina Bryant and Brianne Strother; one brother, Charles J. Frank (Kim); two sisters, Kimberly A. McCormick (Milton) and Emily Franks Alderin (Corey); three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, James and Jacob Strothers; many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Friday, August 19, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service.
