Funeral services for Mrs. JoAnn Corley will be held at 2:00 p.m. on
Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Urania United Methodist Church, Urania, Louisiana with Rev./Dr. Curtis Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Urania Cemetery, Urania, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mrs. Corley, age 82, of Urania, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 4, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. JoAnn was the longest and oldest member of Urania United Methodist Church. She loved worshipping God, serving the Lord and she loved her church family. She loved her family dearly. JoAnn was firm believer of working hard. She loved doing yard work and gardening. She also loved to cook and kept an immaculate house.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Ray and Sadie Virginia Holloway Deen; one brother, Eddie Dean and wife, Nelda.

She is survived by loving husband of 65 years , Don Corley of Urania, four sons, Jerry Corley (Patsy) of Trout, Wayne Corley (Terri) of Urania, Danny Corley (Judy) of Urania and Mike Corley (Teresa) of Urania; one brother, Don Deen (Essie) of Basye, Virginia; two sisters, Laura Mays (John) of Beaumont, Texas and Becky Thibodeaux (Jerry) of Sulfur; grandchildren, Jessica Richards (Bob) of Georgetown, Cassie Morphis (Lee) of Jena, Josh Corley (Tessa) of Trout, Jake Corley (Angela) of Trout, Kyli Smith (Michael) of Urania, Tonya Ledbetter (Lucas) of Urania, Danielle Corley of Asheville, North Carolina; Krista Ganey (Curt) of Olla; thirteen great grandchildren; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
