Obituary for Audie "Inez" Stuckey
Funeral services for Mrs. Inez Stuckey will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Pastor Grady Dodge officiating. Interment will be in Tam Family Cemetery, Pineville, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Mrs. Stuckey, age 90, of Pineville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Stuckey was longtime resident of Pineville, Louisiana. She was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church. She was the church florist for many years. Inez was a seamstress and made dresses for all the girls in the neighborhood. She was a very caring and giving person, always helping those in need. She was the best babysitter ever, she kept everyone’s children.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Dorval Stuckey and Dannis Stuckey; one sister, Geraldine Landrum; one grandson, Jason Stuckey.
She is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Loy A. Stuckey; one daughter, Deborah S. Tam of Pineville; two sisters, Williah “Cindy” Randles of Alexandria and Vera Martin of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Scott Stuckey, Shannon Stuckey, Wesley Tam, Danielle Smith, Denise Stuckey, Jennifer Weinzel, Janine Perry, Chasity Stuckey, Angie Tam and Jennifer Eubanks; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
