Obituary for Hazel Lois Bennett (Powell)
Mrs. Bennett, age 75, of Pineville, La. entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 19, 2015 at Grace Home in Alexandria, La.
Hazel was born in Temple, Louisiana. She was a homemaker, loving wife, loved her family, loves raising children, and loved gardening. She will be dearly missed by all that were fortunate enough to have known her.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Eugene Lloyd Bennett.
She is survived three sons; Maxwell Eugene Bennett (Sherri Odom) of Boyce, Manuel Elden Bennett (Katherine Carderara) of Dry Prong, and Calvin Keith Bennett of Pineville; one brother; Loyd Powell (Darnell) of Slagle; two sisters; Bessie Basco of Simpson, and Bonnie Jean Hall of Houston, Texas; grandchildren; Kelly Myrck (Joel Scott), Julia Pemble (Danile), Wesley Bennett (Heather), Calvin Keith Bennett, Jr., Sarah Annette Brewer, William Lloyd Bennett, Zachary Bennett, Jimmy Bennett, and Anna Michelle Bennett; great-grandchildren; Jenny Myrick, Austin Myrick, Bethany Pemble, Angel Bennett, Waylon Brewer, Caelyn Brewer, Calvin Keith Bennett, III., Lily Bennett, Grace Anne Pemble, and Liam Bennett.
