Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle Eloise Selby Smith will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Fellowship Chapel, 506 Hwy 1204, Ball, LA under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Mrs. Smith was born September 4, 1936 and went to her eternal home on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie A. Smith; her parents, Fred and Lelia Louise Selby; three sisters, Edith Selby, Evelyn “Wunnie” Bane and Melba Webb; four brothers, F.C. Selby, Ed Selby, Charles Selby and Bill Selby.

Those left behind to cherish her memory is one son, Andrew T. Smith; four daughters, Judy Smith Crowe (Gary), Barbara Smith Carter (Dennis), Vivian Smith Slappy(Tracy) and Tammy Lane Smith; one brother, Bud Selby; four sisters, Mabel Oxner, Earlene Rowley, Leona Waites and Margie Carr; eight grandchildren, Tracie Shafer, Gabriel Carter, Jennifer Sanders, Tanner Alwell, Michael “Drew” Smith, Brandon Smith, Melissa Minard and Michelle Nugent; nine Great Grandchildren, Lauren Nugent, Lacy Nugent, Cameron Rabalais, Annabeth Shafer, Ella Shafer, Lillie Mae Sanders, Desiree, Dale and Makayla Smith

Friends may call at Fellowship Chapel, Ball, Louisiana on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until time of services.
