Memorial services for Nicole Annette Smith will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, LA with Reverend Micah Murrell officiating, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, LA.

Ms. Nicole Annette Smith, age 32, of Pollock, LA, entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at her residence in Pollock, LA.

She is survived by her fiance`, Keith Brister; one son, Hayden Holden; two daughters, Haley Holden and Hannah Smith; father, Patrick Bowen of Pollock; mother, Melody Bowen of Pollock; three brothers, Nathan Bowen and Charlie Leckie of Pollock and Patrick I. “Punkin” Bowen (Jessica) of Little Rock, AR; two sisters, Cheyenne Gray of Pineville and Katey Wilson of Pollock; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, LA on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 12:00 until time of services.
