Obituary for Blaine E Tam
Funeral services for Mr. Blaine E. Tam will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Gallagher Funeral Home Chapel, Ball, LA with the Reverend’s Grady Dodge and Jessie Littleton officiating. Interment will be in The Tam Family Cemetery, Pineville, LA under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, LA.
Mr. Tam, age 63, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his residence in Pineville, Louisiana.
Mr. Tam was a member and Deacon of Ritchey Baptist Church in Effie. He was a member of the Plumbers/pipefitters union 247 working for BIS/Frucon at Proctor and Gamble in Pineville for over 25 years. Blaine was a hardworking man, devoted to his loving family. He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Lela Tam, a sister, Lois Alwell and a brother, Darrell Tam.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Deborah Stuckey Tam of Pineville; one daughter, Angie Tam (Khemp Sirasombath) of Pineville; one son, Wesley Tam (Lori) of Pineville; three grandchildren, Taylor Rachal, Wesley “Trey” Tam and Addison Sirasombath; two brothers, Leslie Tam (Margaret) of Deville and Rickey Tam of Pineville; two sisters, Lynda Hollis (Freddie) of Deville and Diane Mills (James) of Tupelo, MS; special thanks to a very dear friend, Johnny McLendon for all his care and assistance during Blaine’s illness.
Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
