Obituary for Ava Christine Garner (Hill)
Funeral services for Ms. Ava Christine Garner will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2015 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Rev. Lloyd Whitman officiating. Interment will be in Gorham Cemetery, Joyce, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Ms. Garner, age 55, of Dry Prong, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 after a lengthy illness, at Woods Haven Senior Citizens Home in Pollock, La.
Ms. Garner was born in Winnfield, LA. She was a member of Dry Prong Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and will be dearly missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her father, Milas Leon Hill.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Ava Nell Hill of Dry Prong; one son, Joshua Garner of Dry Prong; one daughter, Brandy Nicole Huckabee of Shreveport; one sister, Ruby Turioscy (Joey) of Alexandria; and one granddaughter, Morgan Huckabee of Shreveport.

May 21, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
