Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara A. Wilmot will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Rev. David Kimsey officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mrs. Wilmot, age 76, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis R. McEvoy and Katherine M. Harris McEvoy; one brother, Robert Eugene McEvoy; brother in law Robert William “Cook”, one grandson, Rhonald “Dain” Rairdan.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William Wilmot of Pineville; one son, R. Michael Fite of Ft. Walton Beach, Fl; four daughters, Pamela F. Fuqua (Randy) of Alexandria, La, Kimberly A. Wilmot Rairdan (David) of San Antonio, Tx, Annette Wilmot Ellis (Peter) of Wichita Falls, TX and Jenny Wilmot of Decatur, IL; one sister, Katherine Marie McEvoy Cook of Leavenworth, KS; three grandchildren, William Kyle Rairdan, Kristen Danielle Ellis and Kevin Tanner Ellis; one great grandson, Lazarus Axle Rairdan.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 27, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
