Mr. Frank “Pete” Darryl Russ
Funeral services for Mr. Frank “Pete” Darryl Russ will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2015 in the chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana. Interment will be located at Campbell Cemetery, Ruby, LA.
Mr. Russ, age 66, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on April 12, 2015 at his home in Pineville, LA.
He proudly served his country as a Vietnam Veteran. He always took great pride in his work. He was a very loving father and grandfather. He loved running rabbit dogs. He also trained and worked with dogs as well.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Sid and Louise Russ; one brother, Thomas Russ; two sisters, Phyllis Dupuy and Kathy Russ.
He is survived by two sons, Jason Robertson (Mechell) of Pineville and Thomas Russ (Stacie) of Deville; one daughter, April Poisso of Pineville; one brother, Charles Russ of Pineville; two sisters, Nora Willis of Ball and Bonnie Butler (Jim) of Texas; ten grandchildren, four boys and six girls; three great grandchildren, two boys and one girl.
Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
