Funeral services for Mr. Roger Bradshaw with Military Honors and Masonic Rites, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with the Rev. David Kimsey officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Bradshaw, age 70, of Grand Chenier, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy Seabee’s. He was a carpenter by trade and worked as Foreman for Tudor Construction. He worked as a cabinet maker, restored historical homes in Washington, DC, and served with the Engineering Department at the VA Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana. He was a 32 degree Free and Accepted Mason. He was also a Shriner.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Rebecca M. Bradshaw of Grand Chenier; one son, Kurt Bradshaw (Brandy) of Pineville; two daughters, Kelly Vandenberg of Pearland, Texas and Misty Bradshaw (Todd Breeden) of Charlotte, North Carolina; one brother, Michael Bradshaw of Thomasville, Georgia; one sister, Joyce Davis (Jim) of Thomasville, Georgia; six grandchildren including Jacob Socha of Charlotte, North Carolina; nephew and nieces
