Memorial services for Mr. Jonathan D. Moore will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2014 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with the Reverends Roland George and Larry Berry officiating, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Moore, age 36, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 15, 2015 in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

He was a very comical person, making people laugh all the time. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved music and playing his guitar. He will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin and Lillie Moore.

He is survived by two sons, Cody Moore (Julie) of Springville, Utah and Garrett Moore of West Monroe; two daughters, Teagan-Rania Moore of Springville, Utah and Alexis Moore of West Monroe; parents, Charlene & Jimmy Fountain of Lake Charles; one brother, Darin Fountain (Kerri) of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Tammy Guin of Pineville, Danielle Guidry (Brandon) of Vidor, Texas and Amy Abbott (John) of Lafayette; one grandchild, Destiny Moore; cherished by many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, family and friends.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
