Funeral services for Ms. Sharon B. Knighten will be held at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, January 12, 2015 at The Family Church (100 East Boundary St.), Winnfield, Louisiana with Reverend Darren Miller officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 pm in St. Maurice Cemetery, St. Maurice, Louisiana under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Ms. Knighten, age 63, of Montgomery, entered eternal rest on Friday, January 9, 2015 at her residence in Montgomery, LA.

She was a homemaker who loved her family and her church. She will be dearly missed by many family and friends. Ms. Knighten was preceded in death by her father, Limuel F. Berry.

Ms. Knighten is survived by her son, Reginald D. Berry, two daughters, Kelly Woodard (Jerry) and Helen Tullos; her mother, Bobbie Jean Carter, her grandgather, JC Carter, a brother, Larry F. Berry (Susan) and two sisters, Charlotte J. Weeks and Delores K. McGuire; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Friends may call at The Family Church (100 East Boundary Street), Winnfield, Louisiana on Sunday, January 11, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, January 12, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
