Obituary for Willie Vincent Peal
Mr. Willie Vincent Peal, age 94, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at his home in Dry Prong, surrounded by his loving family.
The visitation for Mr. Peal will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 3 pm at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball. The service will begin at 3:00 pm with Reverend Tim Peal officiating. Entombment will follow the services, in the Forest Lawn Mausoleum.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Myrtle Peal; brothers, Hugh Peal (Thelma) and Don Peal; sister, Muriel Coen (Gordon).
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Velda Scragg Peal; son, Doug Peal; daughters, Cheryl Hahn (Hilary), and Candy Peal Poston (Terry); brother, Calvin Peal (Dawn); grandchildren, Kristi Hackett (Chevy), Becky Hahn, Desiree Peal, Courtney Malone, and Samantha Callahan (Chris); great grandson, Austin Hackett; and a host of extended family and friends.
Mr. Peal was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He had a talent of being able to fix just about anything that was broken. Mr. Peal enjoyed camping, fishing, farming, and travelling. He lived his life to the fullest and travelled all of the U.S. driving thousands of miles a trip. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
