Funeral services celebrating the life of Terry Earnest will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Union Baptist Church, 493 Barney Rush Road, Deville, Louisiana. Visitation for Mr. Earnest will be from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Deville, Louisiana. Mr. Earnest, age 53 of Deville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Monday, December 28, 2020 at his residence in Deville, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Homer and Cecelia Cooper and his paternal grandparents, Robert and Onice Earnest. He is survived by his wife, Lynette Earnest; his daughters, Dana Earnest, Kim Earnest (Jason Juneau), Brittany Earnest (Deevid Garcia), and Brooke Earnest; his grandchildren, Tristen Earnest, Jaylan Earnest, Logan Earnest, Kylie Earnest, and Jayce Juneau; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Earnest; his siblings, Kathy Northrup (Darrell), Kelly Tam (Tracey), and Ron Cottom (Christy); a host of nephews, nieces, other family and friends. Terry had several interests that he enjoyed such as race cars and fishing. A loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, he mostly loved spending time with his family and friends.
