Mrs. Shirley Manuel, age 60, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Friday, October 23, 2020 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, LA.

Memorial services for Mrs. Manuel will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 3:30 PM in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home with Brother Sam West officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Carlton and Harolean Stuckey Carlton; son, Cody James Manuel; sister, Pamela Carlton; brothers, Donnie Carlton and Milton Carlton; and granddaughter, Shy'ana Carlton.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 37 years, Thomas Manuel; sons, Thomas "T-Ray" Manuel and Teddy Carlton; daughter, Stephanie Coutee (Tracey); grandchildren, Chassity Hunter (Michael), Zane Manuel, Rayona Manuel, Stedsunn Norwood, and Suv'anna Carlton; brother, Roy Carlton, and sisters, Denise Prather (James), Monica Player (Carl), and Shannon Vilo (David).

The family would like to give special thanks to All Saints Hospice for their loving care and compassion for Mrs. Manuel.
