Obituary for Sandra Kay "Sandy" Cannon (Robertson)
Mrs. Sandra "Sandy" Kay Cannon, age 77 of Ball, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Rapides Regional Hospital.
Visitation for Sandra will be on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 10:00-12:00 at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana. Services will follow at 12:00 at Gallagher Funeral Home. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park following the service.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Durward and Kathryn Robertson; and a sister, Gayle Barnhill. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 33 years, Danny Cannon; brother-in-law, Leo Barnhill; a niece, Emily Belgard; a great nephew, Aiden Belgard; and a great niece, Lexi Belgard.
Sandra was an elementary teacher for 44 years, 39 of which were with Paradise Elementary. She liked hummingbirds and flowers. She attended NSU and was an avid fan. She went to Kingsville Baptist Church and helped in the records department. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Disney with her family. She also liked to go camping at Lake Bruin State Park in Tensas. She was a loving wife, daughter, and aunt. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
