Obituary for Randy Lee Perego
Randolph "Randy" Lee Perego, age 67, entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at his home in Pineville.
A celebration of life for Randolph "Randy" Lee Perego will be held at His Church on Monday August 1, 2022. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4-6pm with services following with Dr. Steve Speer officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Kenneth Perego, Sr. and Ora Hawkins Perego; in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Elton Cain; and brother-in-law, Chris Fornelius.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 45 years, Becky Cain Perego; son, Joseph "JoJo" Perego; daughter, Brandi Nicole Perego (Jason Brulte); grandchildren, Christian, Chloe, and Camille; siblings, Dr. Alan Perego (Lucretia), Lisa Fornelius, Dr. Marlon Perego, and Dr. Kenneth Perego, II (Wendy); and a host of extended family and friends.
Randy was a carpenter at heart and loved building things with his hands. He went on to be a real estate agent eventually becoming a broker. He opened up his own real estate business Perego Realty which he took great pride in. He was a simple man who loved hunting, fishing, going to the camp, and being outdoors. He was the true definition of a Christian man, who loved the Lord his savior. Randy was a servant of the Lord doing His work by feeding the homeless and ministering with Shepherds Pie. He took great joy in spending time with his family, especially his wife, children, and grandkids. Randy was a selfless man who always put the needs of others before his own.
