Obituary for Margaret Ellen Knapp
Mrs. Margaret Ellen Knapp, age73 of Pineville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Monday, November 14, 2022. Services are entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Walter Knapp; two sons, Thomas Knapp and Bradley Windham; two daughters, Jennifer Knapp and Carrie Melder; nine grandchildren; and a host of people who loved her dearly.
Margaret was a 6th grade English teacher for 23 ½ years and taught at Hayden Lawrence Middle School and South Alexandria Middle School. She was active in Horseshoe Drive United Methodist Church and taught Sunday school there. She loved her family and her children. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
A memorial service for Margaret will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 10:00 am at Horseshoe Drive Methodist Church in Alexandria, Louisiana.
