Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Blair will be held at 2:00 p.m. on
Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with the Pastors Jack West and Ron Nation officiating. Interment will be in Unity Baptist Church Cemetery, Pineville, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mrs. Blair, age 86, of Deville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Oak Haven Nursing Home, Center Point, Louisiana.

Mrs. Blair retired from Pinecrest State School after 30 years of service. She was a school secretary at Buckeye High School and also at the Wildlife and Fisheries.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Hersie Blair; brothers, Jessie, Roy, Cecil, Elbert and Fay Blair; sister, Lois Bryan.

She is survived by one son, Paul Ray McCann (Angie); one daughter, Pam Thompson (Newtie); one sister, Betty Paulk; grandchildren, Greg Thompson (Lisa), Stephanie McNeely; Marshall McCann (Brittany), Clay McCann (Stacey); great-grandchild, Austin McNeely (Haley), Chance McNeely (Brittany), Cody McNeely, Grayson Thompson, Seth Thompson, Memphis McCann, Graceland Brown; one great-great grandson, Jackson McNeely.

Friends may call on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service.

Pallbearers will be Greg Thompson, Marshall McCann, Austin McNeely, Clay McCann, Chance McNeely, Cody McNeely, Grayson Thompson and Seth Thompson.
