Funeral services for Lisa White Nickel will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Ron Nation officiating.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00PM at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana.
Lisa White Nickel, age 58, of Ball, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Friday, December 23, 2022 at her home in Ball, surrounded by her loving family.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father, James Madison White Sr.; her step father, Daniel Gaylor; her brother, Michael Anthony White; and the father of her children, Dudley “Buddy” Nickel.
She is survived by her loving sons, Allen Nickel, and James Nickel (Sarah); her beloved mother, Judy Gaylor; her devoted siblings, Bonnie White, Jimmy M. White Jr., Angela Rayner (Waylon), Danielle LaCombe (Pete), and Melissa Clemens; her numerous, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Lisa loved fishing, putting together puzzles, shopping, and listening to music; especially the 80’s. An avid softball player, known as the “Grand Slam Queen”, she played for 9 years at Ward 10 ballpark, Tioga High School, and travel ball in Shreveport. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family. Her greatest joy and passion in life was taking care of her Mom and spending quality time with her such as taking her out to eat. Lisa’s greatest loves in her life were her boys, Allen and James. They were her whole world and she was theirs. The void she leaves is immeasurable and she will forever be missed by all those that knew and loved her.
