Lester Dean Basco, age 68 of Pineville, Louisiana entered eternal rest at his residence in Pineville surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Basco was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather brother and friend. He retired from the City of Alexandria after 20 years, loved to hunt and fish, never met a stranger and lovingly picked on family members just to see them smile. Mr. Basco loved his family and also his "Best Fur Friend", Diva.
Mr. Basco was met in Heaven by his grandson, Cade Basco and four sisters, Dianne Early, Martha Jo Malone, Laverne Williamson and Judy Malone.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Audrey Basco; a daughter, Kaci Aymond (Lance); two sons, Jason Basco (Stephanie) and Michael Basco (Kayla); seven grandchildren, Lance Aymond II, Lewis Aymond, Lawson Aymond, Chase Basco, Lainey Basco, Payton Nugent (Tyler) and Madisyn Basco; one Great Granddaughter, Addisyn Mouton; a sister, Joann Aymond; two brothers, Larry Basco (Rose) and Joseph McKinley II (Earline) and a close family friend, Brandon Idlett.
Basco family would like to Thank Still Water Hospice and Kindred Home Health for the care and love shown to Mr. Basco during his illness.
A memorial service for Mr. Basco, will be held at Richey Baptist Church, Effie, La. on November 7, 2020, at 10:00 AM.
