Obituary for Larry Herbert Cassell, Sr.
Mr. Larry Herbert Cassell, Sr., age 79, left this life on Sunday, July 10, 2022, and is now resting in the arms of a great big God.
The visitation for Mr. Cassell will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Gallagher Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Services begin at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel with Bro. Daryl Ingram officiating. Interment will follow, in Chalk Hill Cemetery in Little Creek under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
Mr. Larry was a loving father, brother, and grandfather. He was a route salesman for many years, for Old Milwaukee, Hostess, Frito Lay, worked for the Town Talk, and last worked for Proctor and Gamble as a Security Guard. Mr. Larry will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton Leroy and Emma Virginia Cassell; brother, Milton E. Cassell; wife, Linda Hodges Cassell; and granddaughter, Kayla Cassell Breimel.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Larry "Buddy" Cassell, Jr., Travis Cassell (Gina), and daughter, Karen Cassell; step-children, Kimberly Hodges Eustice (Travis), Amy Hodges Olvey (Michael), and Jason Hodges (Jenny); sisters, Donna Cassell Wood (Michael) and Pam Cassell Poole; 13 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
