Funeral services for Karen Ann Harrington Simmons will be at 12:00 noon Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Nelson Ball officiating.
Visitation for Miss Karen will be on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 10:00 am until service time at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Malone Cemetery in Ball, Louisiana. Services entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Karen Simmons entered eternal rest on Monday, April 26, 2021 at her home in Pollock, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Zoei Simmons; her parents, Joseph and Louise Harrington; and her niece, April Davis.
She is survived by her children, Joseph Simmons (Kasha), Bridget Simmons (Brandon), and Wesley Barnett; her husband, Paul Wesley Jones; her grandchildren, Tristen Simmons, Tessa Evans, Peyton Simmons, Brandon Evans Jr., Jaidyn Coutee, Aaden Reeves, Ethan Barnett, and Allie Barnett; her sisters, Gail Tabor (Barry), Frankie Davis, Carol Johnston (Howard), and Mary Jo Harrington (Zach); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was a loyal employee of Simms Road Chevron for many years. She enjoyed most of all spending quality time with her family and friends that she loved so much.
