Visitation for Mr. Pias will be on Thursday, February 24, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
John Clare Pias, age 61, of Pineville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at his home in Pineville, Louisiana.
John is preceded in death by his parents, George Mathias Pias and Avice Pias; his brothers, Bill Pias, Richard Pias, and Randy Pias; his sister, Tracy Wiltse.
Left to cherish his memory are, his beloved wife of 19 years, Rebecca Pias; his loving children, Clare Mayo, Paige Ussery, and Barrie Pias; his siblings, Michael Pias, Murray Pias (Jennifer), Scott Pias (Kathleen), and Janie Pias; his grandmother-in-law, Phyllis Ussery; his numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A 1978 graduate of Holy Savior Menard Catholic High School in Alexandria where he was a member of the 1977 Championship football team. A devoted husband, father, brother, and friend, he will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
