Obituary for John Dru Leonard, Sr.
John Dru Leonard, Sr., 66, a native of Morgan City and resident of Ball, LA, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022.
He is survived by his sons, John D. Leonard, Jr. and wife Joanna, of Collierville, TN and Toby P Leonard of Readyville, TN; three grandchildren, Brennen, Adelyn and Anne Leonard; sister, Janice L. Carpenter of Oklahoma City, OK and brothers, Michael J. Leonard of Berwick, LA, Russell P. Leonard and wife, Tina, of Patterson, LA.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence J. "C.J." and Edna Faye Leonard; and his wife, Sandra G. Leonard.
John will enter his final resting place on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4000 Monroe Hwy., Ball, LA, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
