Mr. John E. Jeter, 87 of Alexandria, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
Memorial services for John E. Jeter will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday October 1, at the Flactor Cemetery. Visitation will be held, Saturday, October 1, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the cemetery.
John, the son of Neal Otis and Callie Brewer Jeter was born on May 7, 1935, in Alco. He is preceded by his wife Melba Jeter, brothers, Willie Jeter, Clarence Jeter, and Dan Jeter; and sisters, Maxine Foushee and Charlene White. He is survived by his daughter, Penny Walker (William) of Leesville; sons Jeff Jeter of Simpson, Mark Jeter (Teresa) of Leesville, and Keith Jeter of Alexandria; and many Grandchildren.
