Obituary for Jimmie Lee Allen
Funeral services for Mr. Jimmie Lee Allen of Pineville, Louisiana will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Dr. Bubba Tucker officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
Visitation for Mr. Allen will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 9 at Gallagher Funeral Home.
Mr. Allen was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Mr. Allen retired after 40 years in Law enforcement. He served as a State Trooper for over 20 years, served the Rapides Parish Sheriff's office as well as the Pineville City Marshall's office. Mr. Allen attended Alpine Baptist Church and was a member of the State Trooper Association.
Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Mrs. Judy Ann Robertson Allen; parents, Clyde and Thelma Allen; seven brothers and sisters, Jamie Allen, Clyde Allen, Marie Randolph, Aliene Wilson, Dorcy Allen, Leonard Allen, and Lester Allen.
Mr. Allen is survived by his daughter, Angie Davis and husband Darren; his son, Randy Allen and wife, Karen.
five grandchildren: Cody Lee Allen (Kacy), Bailey Allen Herring (Matt), Peyton Allen Foster (Tara), Brittney Davis and Nicholas Davis; Six great-grandchildren: Sutton Chestovich, Korbyn Allen Foster, Riley Allen, Bella Avant, Aubrey Price and Jayce Price.
