Obituary for J.B. Smith
Mr. J.B. Smith, age 84 of Alexandria, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 15, 2022. Visitation for J.B will be held at Gallagher Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 9:00-11:30 A.M. Graveside service will follow the visitation and be at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery at 12:30 P.M.
J.B proudly served in the U.S Air Force and retired after 20+ years.. He had been a bartender at Sheritan Hotel. He enjoyed golfing and fishing. He was a very loving father and grandfather and will be missed greatly.
J.B. was preceded in death by his parents, Bluford and Eunice Smith; his wife, Jeannette Shirley Smith; and his siblings. Those left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Robert Smith (Julie) and Albert Smith (Terri); one daughter, Patty Bush; and six grandchildren, Blake Soileau, Brittany Soileau, Eric Smith, Jody Smith, Christopher Smith, and Matthew Smith.
