Obituary for James Pete Ussery III
Mr. James Pete Ussery III, age 66 of Pineville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
Visitation for James will be Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 10:30-12:00 pm at Gallagher Funeral Home. Services will follow the visitation and be at 12:00 pm at Gallagher Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Hisaw officiating.
James is preceded in death by his parents, James Pete Ussery, Jr. and Rita Boyd Ussery.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Terry Moreau Ussery; sons, James Pete Ussery IV (Farrah), Daniel Kurtis Ussery, (Jessica), Nathaniel Micah Ussery, and Matthew Luke Ussery; grandchildren, Abygale, Lukas, Aidan, Gracie, Caroline Alice; and Veronica; one brother, Wayne Morris (Kay); sisters, Barbara Canoe, Denise Biscamp, Kathy Arceneaux; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
James enjoyed playing chess with friends. He loved computers, he was great with them and could fix them. He was a postal worker for many years with the post office and then became a supervisor there. He was also a past Mason. He will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved him.
