Obituary for James David Mock
Mr. James Mock, age 70 of Pineville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at his residence.
James was a fan of LSU and Saints football, really just football in general but really liked those two teams. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family especially his grandkids. To him, family was number 1. He really enjoyed having cookouts, especially crawfish boils. He also enjoyed spending time with his dog, Buddy. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother and will be missed greatly.
James is preceded in death by his son, Bradley James Mock; parents, David and Clyta Mock; and two sisters, Betty Mock Juneau and Helen Mock Testa. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara Mock; sister, Ruth Mock Meeker; four grandchildren, Meagan Mock McClure (Tyler), Ashley Mock (Andrew), Bradley Lane Mock (Bailee), and Brittani Mock; and seven great grandchildren, Carter, Rylan, Lillian, Brinley, Roman, Hadlee, and Aubree.
The family will be having a small private graveside at a later date.
