Obituary for Hillary Lee Leviner
Mr. Hillary Lee Leviner, age 83, entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home.
A Memorial Graveside service will be held on Monday, February 1, 2020 at Fellowship Cemetery in Elmer, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory.
Mr. Hillary was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He worked many years for Union Pacific Railroad where he later retired as a Trainmaster. Mr. Hillary was active in his church as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. He was a member of The Gideons International and sang in the church choir. He will forever be missed by those that love and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dan Leviner and Algie Nichols Leviner; and brother, Claude Leviner.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 30 years, Mabel Doucet Leviner; stepson, Clay Janies of Lake Charles; stepdaughter, Donna Tilley (Terry) of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Beau Tilley and Seth Tilley of Lake Charles and Lance Tilley of League City, TX; great grandson, Landon Tilley of Sulphur; niece, Roslyn Hataway; and nephew, Mark Leviner.
