Obituary for Herschel Howard Bryant
Graveside services for Mr. Herschel H. Bryant, age 76 of Colfax, Louisiana will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Hargis Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Charles Hutzler officiating.
Mr. Bryant entered eternal rest on Monday, October 26, 2020 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Bryant retired from Exxon-Mobil after working over 20 years. He later helped his community by working for the Grant Parish Sheriff's office as a deputy for Sheriff Steven McCain. Hershel was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife Betty Bryant; a daughter, Brenda Ann Bryant; two sons, Daniel Bryant (Tammy) and Donald Bryant (Mike); two grandchildren, Howie Bryant and Kathy Cooper; four step-sons, Wayne Dean, Adam Dean, Rodney McManus and Orin McManus; a sister, Janell Lemoine and a brother, Larry Bryant and a host of friends.
