Obituary for Grayson Ann Scott (VanHook)
Funeral services for Mrs. Grayson Ann Scott will be on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend's Audric "T" Bordelon, Jordan Belgard, and Carl Beard officiating. Burial will be in Alexandria Memorial Gardens under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation for Mrs. Scott will be on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Gallagher Funeral Home from noon till service time.
Mrs. Scott was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She loved her Lord and savior Jesus Christ and had received the Holy Ghost and baptized in his name 25 years ago. The love that Mrs. Scott had for Jesus flowed over to her family and really anyone that she me; she was truly a beautiful soul. She was never one to complain and enjoyed doing her crossword puzzles while watching the weather channel. Mrs. Scott will forever be missed.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband, James Scott; her parents, Grayson and Annie VanHook; a granddaughter, Cynthia Michelle Scott; two sisters, Carrie VanHook and Ramona Fulstone and two brothers, John VanHook and Elma VanHook.
Mrs. Scott is survived by three daughters, Cindy Isaacson (Ronda), Cathlene Richardson (Dennis) and Juanita Wiley (Rodney); a son Robert G. Scott (Virginia); five grandchildren, Megan Bolwerk, Devon Hominick, Shauna Owrey, Melissa Bordelon and Christy Wiley; seven great-grandchildren, Jordan Belgard, Brianna Duggar, Faith Haynes, Colin Bolwerk, Maggie Hominick, Jaxon Bordelon and Elijah Daniel.
