A Private Memorial Service for Glenda G. Reed will be held at a later date and under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana.
Glenda G. Reed, age 83, of Jena, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family in Jena, Louisiana.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Niki Metcalfe (Leroy); her grandchildren, Daniel Metcalfe and Christian Metcalfe; her brothers, Calvin Reed, Kenneth Reed (Joyce), and Walter Reed; and a host of extended family and friends.
A retired supervisor with the Chicago Tribune Newspaper and Brach’s Candy Company in Chicago, Illinois, her passions in life were listening to Elvis Presley music and a good cold beer. She will be forever missed by those that loved and knew her.
