Obituary for Gina Marie Robertson (Barber)
Mrs. Gina Barber Robertson, age 53, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at her home in Pineville.
The visitation for Mrs. Gina will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The service will be held in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. with Reverend Randy Briggs officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Willie Barber; mother, Cyrena Mae McWilliams; brother, Thomas David Barber; and in-laws, Otis "Shorty" and Cynthia Robertson.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Dwayne Robertson; children, Kayla Soileau and husband Cade, Megan Pendergrass and husband Tony, and Cole Robertson; grandchildren, Camille and Graham Soileau and Caleb and Jackson Pendergrass; mother, Katherine Barber; siblings, John Barber (Kim) and Grace Suzanne Mucha and husband Jack; and a host of extended family and friends.
Mrs. Gina was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She may have been small in stature but her personality and strength was bigger than life. She was a strong fighter, battling illness for 12 years when she was told that she wouldn't live beyond a week. Mrs. Gina will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her.
Pallbearers honored to serve are John Barber, Cade Soileau, Tony Pendergrass, Derrick Robertson, Hunter Mucha and Jack Mucha.
