Obituary for Geraldine Paulk (Morace)
Mrs. Geraldine Morace Paulk, age 89, of Deville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 in Pollock, LA. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.
Services for Mrs. Paulk will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021, at 12:00PM at Holloway Baptist Church in Deville, with Dr. Jack West officiating. The visitation for Mrs. Paulk will be held at the church from 9:00AM until the time of service. Interment will be in Holloway Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
Mrs. Geraldine Paulk was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed boat rides, fishing, and riding horses in her younger years. Mrs. Paulk worked for Pinecrest for 23 years and retired as a Resident Training Specialist. She deeply loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Columbus Paulk, Sr.; son, Donnie Wayne Paulk; parents, Jessie Thomas Morace and Bessie Mae Hamilton Morace; and siblings.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Darrell Paulk (Diane) and A.C. Paulk, Jr. (Joan); daughter, Wanda Nugent (Mike); brother, Jessie Thomas Morace, Jr.; sister, Betty Powers; 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Keith Nugent, Jeremy Paulk, Bryan Paulk, Matthew Confair, Steve Confair, Cody Moak, and Blake McFadden.
