Obituary for Gary Randell Holden
Mr. Gary Randell Holden, age 65, of Montgomery, LA, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Alexandria, LA. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.
Services for Mr. Holden will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 12:00PM in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball. The Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until the time of service. Burial will be held in Big Creek Cemetery under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
Mr. Gary Holden was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. He worked for over 38 years in the Oil and Gas Industry and was a Mason, Shriner, and Scottish Rite. He enjoyed fishing and cooking for friends and family. Mr. Holden was a very faithful member of Iatt Baptist Church and a member of Carpenters for Christ. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Willis Holden.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 36 years, Katherine McKay Holden; father, John R. Holden of Pine Prairie; brothers, Glen Holden (DeeLynn) of Pine Prairie and Bobby Holden (Nicki) of Lafayette; sister, Theresa Bailey (Murphy) of Forest Hill; nephews, Shawn Bailey (Paula), Adam Holden, Culley Holden, Cruz Holden, Josh McKay (Marcie), and Joseph McKay; nieces, Kayla Ball (Zack), Dr. Katie Holden, and Sarah Keller (David); and several great nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Shawn Bailey, Josh McKay, Joseph McKay, David Keller, Cory Speer, and Ralph Holden.
Honorary Pallbearers are Marlin Williams, Ronnie Lasyone, Jud McCann, Art Shelton, Murphy Bailey, Bobby Holden, Glen Holden, J.R. Holden, and Dan McClung.
