Mrs. Esther Maria Acosta Rosario, age 86, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Christus St Francis Cabrini Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Rosario was born in Puerto Rico and resided in Pineville, ,Louisiana.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend and was loved by all. She lived her faith every day, was a missionary in Peru. a pianist and an art crafter. Mrs. Acosta Rosario was a member of Journey Church in Pineville and loved her home church in Puerto Rico, "Iglesia Cristiana Emmanuel".
Mrs. Rosario was survived by one daughter, Gloria Velez of Pineville, La. and one son, Samuel Velez of Orlando, Florida; hree only living brother, Rafael Acosta Rosario (Margarita) of Bayamon, Puerto Rico; 5 adored granddaughters, Carolina, Angel, Mariana, Alyson, and Alexandra..
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Puerto Rico.
