Obituary for Duyane H. Turner
Mr. Duyane H. Turner, age 55, entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his residence in Ball, Louisiana.
A Graveside service will be held at Craig Cemetery in Kolin, LA. A Graveside service will be held at Craig Cemetery in Kolin, LA, on Saturday , November 14, 2020 at 12:30 PM. The visitation will be held at Gallagher Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
Mr. Duyane was a loving companion, father, son, grandfather, and brother. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard for several years, as well as working for Bumper to Bumper in Ball, for several years. He was a gifted mechanic and able to fix just about anything that he attempted. Mr. Duyane also loved animals, especially cats, he also volunteered at the Alexandria Zoo. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Deputy L.P. White; uncles, Carlos A. Turner and Miguel Turner; grandparents, Weston Turner and Cornelia Ortiz Turner.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son, James Knight (Megan); daughter, Stephanie Knight; brothers, John W. Turner and David Turner; mother, Carmen T. White; 9 grandchildren; and companion Lisa Candiloro.
