Obituary for David Warren Antee
Mr. David Warren Antee, age 67, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 in Alexandria at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
Services for Mr. Antee will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Montgomery Church of Christ at 1:00 p.m. The visitation will be at the church, and held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Antee and Lucille Nick Antee; sister, Angie LaCaze; and brother, Don Antee.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 35 years, Donna "DeDee" Hale Antee; children, Terry Phillips (Shane) of Shreveport, Jennifer Anderson (John) of Baytown, Davey Antee, Jr. (Wanda) of Pineville; Matthew Antee of Verda, and Samuel Antee of Montgomery; brother, Johnny Antee (Darlene) of Colfax; sisters, Yulanda Ganey (Davis) and Gwen Hayes (Frakie) both of Colfax; grandchildren, Josh Wooten (Rhiannon), Ellie Kate Wooten, Ethan Clark, Cooper Wooten, Nathan Antee, Hollie Anderson, John Alvin Anderson IV, Ayden Antee, and Caden Antee; and great grandchild, Leo Wooten.
Mr. David was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and being with friends and family. Mr. David was a Gospel Preacher and led Montgomery Church of Christ for 6 years. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
Pallbearers honored to serve are, Davey Antee, Jr., Matthew Antee, Samuel Antee, Johnny Antee, Davis Ganey, Jimmy Perkins. Honorary Pallbearers honored to serve are Frankie Hayes, Ethan Guinn, John Dilly, and Stanley LaCaze.
